MAKING A REFERRAL
We aim to make the process of referrals as smooth and straightforward as possible. We work sensitively with all the stakeholders ensuring that, prior to placement, during transition and once established at The Ryes, all parties feel supported, successful and that their individual needs have been met.
Good communication is a key factor to the positive outcomes achieved by our young people. We are always available for discussions or visits from or to potential placements.
Every referral is treated individually and dealt with according to the needs of all the stakeholders involved.
