| TRAINING The Ryes offers comprehensive training programmes for all who work in the child care field. Training is delivered by experienced and qualified trainers based at our dedicated training facility at Hadleigh . The foundation training programme covers internally certified basic training modules covering all the training requirements of Appendix 2 of the National Minimum Care Standards and related areas. The training team includes qualified NVQ assessors and qualified trainers. We run regular courses in areas such as Child Protection, Appointed Person (first aid), Effective Keyworking, Legal Framework for Childcare, Understanding and Managing Anger, Equality and Diversity, Personal Awareness and Assertiveness. | |
