The Ryes College & Community

The Ryes is dedicated to recognising the achievements of its pupils. After receiving a Trident Gold certificate for successes in personal challenges for two years of training with St John’s Ambulance, community involvement with the British Heart Foundation and work experience at a local school, we nominated Ricky, a former student at The Ryes, for a Diana Award. He was accepted and presented with the award at a local hotel in front of a crowd that included representatives from the Diana Award and Trident as well as his family and BBC Radio Suffolk, who broadcast the emotional occasion
